The scope includes a new wrap‑around porch, a full interior renovation with an added main‑floor bedroom, a reconfigured upstairs tailored to the owners’ needs, and a new garage addition.

The design focuses on practical layouts, accessible movement and spaces that support everyday use. The upstairs includes a dedicated play area for visiting grandchildren, providing a flexible, family‑friendly space without altering the overall function of the home. Each component is planned to strengthen usability while maintaining the home’s historic character.
